Before Move-in Day
Your guide to ensuring you’re ready and can qualify for express move-in. We know you’re excited to see your new home and don’t want paperwork to slow you down.
Check Guarantor Forms or Pre-Payment
Ensure your account is qualified prior to move-in.
- Log in to resident portal
- Ensure first installment is paid.
- Complete financial backing requirements.
Pay August 1 Installment
Your first installment is due August 1, 2026. Ensure this is paid on time to avoid late fees or a delayed move-in.
- Late fees will be applied starting on the 4th of each month
Confirm Liability Insurance Coverage
Protecting your space matters. You’re required to have at least $250,000 in liability protection for accidental damage from water, fire or smoke, by the time you move in and throughout your stay with us.
Not sure where to start? Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered.
- A charge of up to $19.95 will be applied to each installment.
- We’ll waive this obligation and purchase our own coverage instead.
- No action is needed on your part. The waiver takes effect automatically on your move-in day.
Already have your own liability insurance?
- Just upload your proof of coverage through the Insurance Portal. We’ll review and confirm if it meets requirements.

Review Utility Information
While most utilities are set up and ready when you move in, familiarize yourself with your utility responsibilities below so you know what to expect.

It’s time to move in! We are excited to welcome you home. See below to ensure you’re set up for a smooth check-in.
Arrive at your Move-in Time
Do your best to arrive at your scheduled move-in time and follow signage for express check-in.

Express check-in gives you the fastest and easiest experience!
- Check pre-move guide for outstanding tasks.
- Check resident portal
- Provide your name and ID, and we’ll hand off your keys.
- Note: If items are missing, your move-in may be delayed.
Complete your Move-in Condition Form
Take a moment to document your new home – with notes and pictures as needed. You will have 72 hours to submit your inspection, but we recommend finishing before you unpack.
- Document unusual wear and tear or damage on walls, floors, or furniture.
- Send us a text or log a request in your resident portal so we can get started.
- Note: Complete this step before you move in your belongings.
After Move-in Day
You’re settled in, but we have much more in store for you. Keep an eye out for updates, events and social media content over the coming days, weeks and months.
